About Us
As a child I had the good fortune to experience many different breeds of horses and ponies.   As an adult I was always drawn to the pony ring and enjoyed watching the talented children with their appropiately sized mounts. I was looking for a pony to raise and train for my son , when I purchased a Welsh/Arabian gelding that I felt would be suitable for him.  Well, by the time I was done with training Shilo, I found I was not alone in my admiration for him. Many of my friends and colleagues fell in love with this wonderful pony who had the fluid movement of a sport-horse ,yet was only 13 hands. Being the practical horsey mom that I am,  I knew I was on to something when I was approached by a well known warmblood trainer ( Yes, the big guys...very big guys!!) and sold him for , well.... lots more than I had paid.  I then promptly went and purchased his full brother who was still a stallion , bought a few nice mares and went into the pony breeding business.

Feeling the need to educate myself in breeding and stallion management I succesfully completed my Equine Technology  Certificate and Animal Science Degree. Now, I  breed 10-12 mares yearly of my own and a select  few outside  mares . I have 3 talented and beautiful stallions, two of which will be seen in the show ring soon.  My joy is to ride and show  my beloved Paint horses, while still pursuing my dreams of creating perfect sport-ponies for small adults and children .  I have always felt that the body of the rider should fit the body of the horse. My goal is to breed a sport-pony with the temperment , conformation, style and movement to take a child or small adult to the top levels of their chosen sport.  Our ponies are raised to be managable, kind , loving members of your family, while having the intelligence and beauty that will make you proud to own them.
